Do you offer free samples?

Yes. On request we are happy to send you free samples of your preferred floors so you can check colour and texture at home.

How long does delivery take?

Within Germany delivery usually takes 7 to 10 business days. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you get a shipping confirmation.

Can I see the floors in person?

Absolutely. Visit our showroom in Rahden during our opening hours. A short appointment helps to avoid waiting times and makes sure someone is there for you.

Do you advise on installation?

Yes. We provide full advice on installation, subfloors and matching accessories, by phone, email or directly in the showroom.
