Shipping & Delivery

We reliably deliver your flooring by parcel service or freight forwarder. All stated shipping costs include the statutory value-added tax.

Shipping costs within Germany

Shipping to other countries

We also deliver to numerous other European countries. The available delivery countries and exact shipping costs will be displayed bindingly during the order process (checkout) before you complete the order. The following tariffs apply, among others:

• France, Switzerland & other European countries: €199.95 (freight forwarding), free shipping from €2,500.00; sample shipping €9.95

For deliveries to countries outside the EU (e.g., Switzerland), additional customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply, which must be borne by the recipient.

Delivery time

Standard delivery time within Germany is approx. 7–10 working days after receipt of payment. Shipping on Sundays and public holidays does not take place. Delivery times for international shipments may vary.

Freight forwarding delivery

Larger quantities are delivered by freight forwarder. The freight forwarder usually arranges the delivery date with you in advance. Please check the goods for external transport damage upon delivery and note any damage directly on the delivery note or report it to us promptly.

Self-pickup

Pickup at our store in Rahden is possible by prior appointment.
