Do you offer free samples?

Yes. On request we are happy to send you free samples of your preferred floors so you can check colour and texture at home.

How long does delivery take?

Within Germany we usually deliver within 2–4 business days. For larger quantities we inform you of the delivery date in advance.

Can I see the floors in person?

Absolutely. Visit our showroom in Rahden, Mon–Fri from 8:00 to 18:00. A short appointment helps to avoid waiting times.

Do you advise on installation?

Yes. We provide full advice on installation, subfloors and matching accessories – by phone, email or directly in the showroom.
