Can I order samples first?

Yes, and we recommend it. Choose up to 3 decors, the set costs €19.95 and shipping is free. If you then buy your floor from us, we credit the full €19.95.

How long does delivery take?

Within Germany delivery usually takes 7 to 10 business days. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you get a shipping confirmation.

Can I see the floors in person?

Absolutely. Visit our showroom in Rahden during our opening hours. A short appointment helps to avoid waiting times and makes sure someone is there for you.

Do you advise on installation?

Yes. We provide full advice on installation, subfloors and matching accessories, by phone, email or directly in the showroom.
